• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless partner integrations

• Proven track record as a 'leader of leaders' in a high-growth scale-up environment
• Experience building and managing multi-billion dollar partner ecosystems
• Ability to navigate and lead high-stakes, boardroom-level executive negotiations
• Granular attention to detail with the ability to audit technical workflows and API integrations
• Deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, specifically within HRIS, Fintech, or ERP sectors
• Strategic mindset capable of evolving a global partner strategy across diverse international markets

• Experience in a globally distributed company
• Background in fintech or global payroll infrastructure
