Key Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end sales operations transformation roadmap
- Automate high-volume workflows including account assignments and compensation
- Translate annual territory and quota designs into system realities within SFDC and Anaplan
- Manage a global team of contractors and staff across three continents
- Modernize GTM infrastructure through cross-functional partnerships with IT and Finance
- Serve as a strategic consultant to sales leadership on resource allocation
Essential
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Strategy, or Field Operations
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence within high-growth tech environments
- Experience scaling operations for companies with over $100M in ARR
- Deep understanding of annual planning cycles and territory/quota design
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Familiarity with planning software like Anaplan and BI platforms
- Experience managing ticketing systems such as JIRA Service Management or FreshService
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed, global teams across multiple time zones
- Strong influence skills with the ability to advise VP-level stakeholders
Preferred
- Previous experience at a hyper-growth company (3x revenue growth in 3 years)
- Background in sales, solutions engineering, or customer success
