Key Responsibilities

  • Define investment frameworks and strategic choices for the SI, Cloud, and ISV ecosystems
  • Lead the end-to-end annual and long-range planning process, including headcount and capacity forecasting
  • Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic narratives for leadership
  • Build and oversee the reporting infrastructure and KPIs to monitor partner productivity
  • Act as a bridge between executive vision and tactical execution across global GTM teams

Essential

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, FP&A, or Business Operations
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to influence VP-level stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in data querying and scoping using SQL, Databricks, or BigQuery
  • Expertise in synthesizing complex datasets into strategic narratives for board-level presentations
  • Direct experience with GTM tooling including Salesforce and Tableau
  • Strong track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Marketing

Preferred

  • Experience within the Enterprise or Mid-Market SaaS sector
  • Active proficiency or interest in utilizing AI tools to automate GTM insights
  • Experience in designing end-to-end process architectures for global organizations
