Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scope complex, multi-workstream initiatives for high-growth digital native clients
- Drive the end-to-end sales process for standard and bespoke professional services and training programs
- Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet regional revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to align service delivery with broader company growth targets
- Manage customer satisfaction by proactively addressing sentiment and escalating issues when necessary
Essential
- 7-10 years of experience managing a Professional Services business unit or line of business
- 10+ years in senior-level, customer-facing roles involving both strategic influence and execution
- Proven history of managing large-scale program plans and complex service delivery
- Deep expertise in Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings
- Familiarity with partner funding programs from major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Ability to travel between 25% and 50% of the time
Preferred
- Experience specifically within the Digital Native Business (DNB) vertical
- Background in driving full-cycle sales for customized service programs
- Experience establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for enterprise clients
