Key Responsibilities
- Independently scope and manage multi-quarter initiatives with no clear precedent
- Drive regional excellence by meeting booking targets and consumption goals
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior Engagement Managers and act as a technical/operational resource for the team
- Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process to maintain high talent standards
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within a Professional Services environment
- Deep expertise in Databricks architecture and the broader data ecosystem
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-country projects with high regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel between 25% and 50% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in strategic account planning and leading sales for Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings
Preferred
- Recognized industry thought leader with external speaking or publication experience
- Extensive experience specifically within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical
- Advanced understanding of customized solutioning for non-standard technical environments
