Key Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic planning and execution of Physical Security OKRs and quarterly reviews
• Act as the primary liaison between Physical Security and the broader Security & Privacy organization
• Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting systems to track security performance and risk
• Oversee procurement processes and manage high-priority special projects for the PhySec team
• Ensure consistent integration of security strategy into the company's Enterprise Risk Management framework

Essential

• Proven experience in strategic operations or business management within a security or technology context
• Ability to lead quarterly and annual planning cycles (OKRs, QBRs, MBRs)
• Expertise in translating operational data into measurable business impact and reporting
• Experience managing procurement and special projects within a large-scale organization
• Willingness to travel for mandatory in-person team offsites and collaborative events

Preferred

• Background in physical security operations or corporate risk management
• Experience working in a high-growth fintech or blockchain-focused company
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and executive-level reporting tools
