Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and GTM executives to translate business needs into data frameworks
- Direct the experimentation program, ensuring statistical rigor in product testing and organizational adoption
- Supervise the development and maintenance of ML models for churn, usage forecasting, and recommendations
- Manage and mentor two analytics managers and their respective teams to raise the bar on talent and delivery
- Oversee the transition of reporting tasks toward scalable, self-service solutions
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related quantitative fields
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments, particularly with product-led growth models
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using Python for data modeling
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and product strategy through analytical insights
- Experience managing the deployment of ML models into production environments
Preferred
- Experience with developer-focused products or the DevOps industry
- Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and context engineering
- Experience evaluating and implementing next-generation AI/BI tools
- Background in managing multi-disciplinary teams across GTM and Product analytics
