Key Responsibilities
- Define the overarching vision and roadmap for data-driven decision making across the company
- Manage and mentor a team of 10, including managers for GTM and Product Analytics
- Oversee the transition of ML models from experimental notebooks to stable production environments
- Design and enforce statistical rigor within the company's experimentation and A/B testing programs
- Act as a strategic consultant to GTM and Product executives to translate business hurdles into analytical solutions
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related quantitative fields
- At least 4 years of experience in a people management or leadership capacity
- Proven track record of influencing product and business strategy through data-driven insights
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and hands-on experience using Python for modeling and analysis
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex, ambiguous problem-solving scenarios
Preferred
- Experience with developer-focused products or product-led growth (PLG) models
- Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and context engineering
- Experience evaluating and implementing next-gen AI/BI tools
- Background in managing managers and scaling mid-sized data organizations
