Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the full finance function including accounting, tax, and treasury
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term operating models
- Partner with Revenue Ops to create deal desk processes and pricing guardrails
- Analyze investment ROI and operational leverage with Product and Engineering leads
- Prepare materials for board meetings and strategic investor updates
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of professional finance experience
- Comprehensive background spanning FP&A, accounting, and financial operations
- Deep understanding of usage-based or consumption-driven revenue models
- Expertise in SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC payback, and Rule of 40
- Strong command of unit economics, cohort analysis, and LTV metrics
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York
Preferred
- Prior experience owning a full finance function in a leadership capacity
- Background in high-growth technology startups
- Experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales partnership
- Experience supporting board-level materials and investor relations
