Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute scalable people programs that align with long-term business sustainability
- Oversee the selection and optimization of HR technology stacks including HRIS and ATS
- Lead organizational design efforts including workforce planning and role leveling
- Ensure global HR compliance and partner with Legal on risk mitigation and audits
- Develop feedback loops and engagement strategies to improve retention and workplace health
Essential
- Executive-level leadership in People Operations or Human Resources
- Proven track record in building and scaling people infrastructure for growing organizations
- Expertise in HR compliance, governance, and risk management across multiple regions
- Experience managing HRIS, ATS, and performance management software ecosystems
- Ability to maintain high ethical standards, neutrality, and confidentiality
- Strong background in organizational design, including role leveling and workforce planning
Preferred
- Experience in the market research or insights automation industry
- Advanced knowledge of People Analytics and data-driven decision making
