Key Responsibilities
- Lead design for complex product verticals from initial concept to final polish
- Develop and document design systems that allow engineers to build independently
- Act as a project lead, managing resources and timelines for major initiatives
- Collaborate with founders and product teams to refine the company's design standards

Essential
- Extensive experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise software
