Key Responsibilities
- Primary ownership and optimization of the CLM system and contracting funnel
- Developing and monitoring legal team KPIs and workload metrics
- Integrating AI efficiencies into recurring legal tasks and playbooks
- Collaborating with Finance and Security to centralize and update corporate policies
- Managing intellectual property trackers and supporting privacy/security audits
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in legal operations, contracts management, or project management within a tech environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
- Proven track record of managing legal intake funnels and performance metrics
- Experience managing external vendor spend and legal billing processes
- Ability to draft and maintain internal communications and compliance training materials
- Strong background in file management and operational standard-setting
Preferred
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or 'Unicorn' startup environment
- Advanced knowledge of AI implementation for legal playbooks and automated responses
