Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategic and tactical execution of global Phase II and III clinical trials
  • Lead, build, and provide mentorship to the Clinical Trial Operations team
  • Represent clinical operations on Global Development and Program Teams
  • Identify operational risks and propose data-driven solutions and optionality
  • Contribute to the Clinical Operations Leadership Team (COLT) to drive departmental excellence
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of standardized clinical processes and systems

Essential

  • Accountability for strategic operational management of global clinical programs
  • Proven track record in tactical planning and execution of Phase II and III trials
  • Experience leading and mentoring Clinical Trial Operations (CTO) teams
  • Ability to serve as a clinical operations representative on Global Development Teams (GDT)
  • Expertise in identifying critical path items and implementing proactive contingency plans
  • Experience in resource planning and management for large-scale programs

Preferred

  • Experience in the Immunology and Inflammation (I&I) therapeutic space
  • Background in a fast-paced, Nasdaq-listed biotechnology environment
  • Experience developing and implementing new clinical operations platforms or systems
