Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the development of hosting tools such as co-host matching and referral systems
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to scale team impact and automate repetitive tasks
- Validate project ideas through iterative development and pivot strategies based on data
- Define success criteria for short-term wins and long-term business objectives
- Bridge the gap between engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Essential
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-surface technical programs
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment on large-scale initiatives
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to dive deep into technical details
- Experience developing comprehensive project plans and identifying critical milestones
- Expertise in risk assessment and the development of mitigation strategies
