Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate biannual strategic planning and goal-setting cycles
- Manage the InfoSec budget and headcount planning in partnership with leadership
- Optimize internal workflows using automation and self-service tools
- Draft and deliver high-level communications for engineering and executive stakeholders
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Essential
- Proven experience in strategic planning and facilitating large-scale planning cycles
- Expertise in establishing and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs)
- Strong background in budget management and headcount resource allocation
- Ability to lead change management and drive adoption of new operational processes
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Experience in project execution and achieving complex organizational outcomes
- Capability to develop frameworks for capacity prioritization
Preferred
- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization software
- Prior experience working within a dedicated Information Security organization
- Understanding of security risks, controls, and technical concepts
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows including automation and risk identification
- Experience with summarization and synthesis tools for executive reporting
