Essential
- 13+ years of professional experience in program management, product management, or business operations
- Proven track record of managing sophisticated software product programs from inception to launch
- Experience working within creative-led, high-velocity environments
- Strong technical or product background, specifically within software engineering or product development
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products at scale
Preferred
- Experience in a highly leveraged role acting as a force multiplier for cross-functional teams
- Background in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with bi-annual product release cycles
