Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing guidance systems for the global host community
- Design experimental and observational frameworks to measure product impact
- Build and scale data products that enhance guest discovery and booking flow
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive data-informed roadmaps
- Communicate complex technical findings to executive stakeholders
Essential
- 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or 2+ years with a PhD
- Proven track record in experimental design and causal observational analysis
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and application
- Advanced programming skills in SQL and either Python or R
- Ability to prototype and scale complex data assets
- Valid work authorization for the United States
Preferred
- Experience in marketplace dynamics or pricing optimization
- Background in econometrics or a related quantitative field
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency
