Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year technical vision for Core Foundation
- Align standards across Platform, Backend, and Data teams
- Oversee the development of linting rules, observability defaults, and configuration patterns
- Manage team operations including staffing, prioritization, and incident response
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of engineers and managers
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of professional industry experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering management capacity
- Proven history of leading cross-functional or cross-platform foundation and platform teams
- Demonstrated success in establishing client-side performance and health practices
- Experience driving the adoption of standardized tooling and paved-path architectures at scale
- Hands-on technical background in at least one major client platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
- Fluency in modern application and feature architecture patterns
- Experience building or managing event logging and instrumentation platforms to improve data quality
Preferred
- Experience collaborating across all three major platforms: iOS, Android, and Web
- Background in analytics infrastructure or data platform integration
- Experience managing senior technical leaders and developing future managers
