Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the product organization's internal operating system
• Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of major product launches
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks within the product lifecycle
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support the broader product team

Essential

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy and operations, product operations, or investment roles
• Proven ability to think from first principles to solve complex problems
• Demonstrated success in driving alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to influence others without formal authority
• Strong bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguous environments

Preferred

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Background in healthcare technology or AI-driven products
• Previous experience building or scaling internal operating systems
