Key Responsibilities

• Define and document functional requirements for data-centric products and features
• Develop and execute a data product strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision
• Partner with engineering to estimate technical effort and manage feature trade-offs
• Support sales and customer success teams with product enablement and go-to-market strategies
• Synthesize feedback from diverse stakeholders to iterate on the product roadmap
• Utilize AI and experimental methodologies to improve product discovery and execution

Essential

• Minimum of 3 years experience with healthcare data, specifically within revenue cycle or managed care contexts
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex datasets and data processing pipelines
• Proven track record of working with data warehouses beyond standard SQL databases
• High proficiency in SQL
• Experience conducting product viability experiments and hypothesis testing with limited resources
• Ability to translate complex technical data concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience estimating ROI and defending product investment decisions

Preferred

• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity or experience with EDI/x12 standards
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate product analysis and discovery
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment
