Key Responsibilities
- Partner with faculty to design and redesign online and hybrid courses
- Facilitate professional learning sessions and create design guides for staff
- Ensure all digital course materials comply with ADA and accessibility standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews using established institutional rubrics
- Monitor CDLI support channels to provide timely assistance to academic units
Essential
- Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Understanding of course quality standards and online teaching best practices
- Expertise in accessibility requirements and ADA-related considerations
- Familiarity with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) frameworks
- Knowledge of copyright laws and Open Educational Resources (OER)
