Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with long-term corporate goals
- Oversee the full revenue lifecycle including acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Lead and mentor the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Client Success teams
- Optimize go-to-market strategies for direct, channel, and strategic partner paths
- Establish robust RevOps foundations and CRM workflows for maximum visibility
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams and market verticals
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue-centric roles
- Demonstrated history of scaling revenue and hitting aggressive targets in B2B SaaS or Fintech
- Expertise in sales organization design, including compensation and territory planning
- Deep understanding of channel distribution and SMB market dynamics
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Client Success
