Key Responsibilities

  • Define the technical architecture connecting AI models to automated physical labs
  • Prioritize autonomous capabilities based on their impact on the drug discovery pipeline
  • Lead cycles of experimentation to validate agentic frameworks and reasoning capabilities
  • Translate complex biological needs into technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Advocate for and manage the evolution of human-in-the-loop systems

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific field
  • Proven experience in product management within complex technical environments
  • Ability to lead hypothesis-driven product development and rapid experimentation cycles
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their application to physical systems
  • Experience bridging the gap between software engineering and scientific research

Preferred

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related discipline
  • Experience with automated laboratory systems or robotics
  • Background in drug discovery or biotechnology sectors
  • Experience building agentic or autonomous orchestration systems
