Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with CX leaders to establish performance quotas and resource allocation
  • Lead weekly health forecast meetings with renewal management teams
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce
  • Curate primary data sources within the company data warehouse
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in SaaS analytics, strategy, or operations
  • Proven history of managing complex data from multiple sources
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Tableau
  • Expertise in Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with C-level audiences or board members
  • Background in data warehouse management and collaboration with data engineering
  • Prior experience specifically within Renewal or Customer Success operations
