Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment support including job postings and interview participation
- Manage new hire onboarding and annual benefits open enrollment processes
- Oversee semi-monthly payroll and maintain accurate personnel data in HR systems
- Support the Executive Director with complex scheduling and travel arrangements
- Update and maintain the employee handbook and internal policy manuals
- Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and team-building events
Essential
- Proven ability to manage time-sensitive administrative tasks with calm and care
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel information with high levels of discretion
- Experience in recruitment coordination and applicant screening

- Capability to process semi-monthly payroll and integrate data with accounting software
