Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment support including job postings and interview participation
  • Manage new hire onboarding and annual benefits open enrollment processes
  • Oversee semi-monthly payroll and maintain accurate personnel data in HR systems
  • Support the Executive Director with complex scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Update and maintain the employee handbook and internal policy manuals
  • Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and team-building events

Essential

  • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive administrative tasks with calm and care
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive personnel information with high levels of discretion
  • Experience in recruitment coordination and applicant screening
  • Proficiency in managing digital employee records and HR platforms
  • Capability to process semi-monthly payroll and integrate data with accounting software
  • Experience in executive-level calendar management and travel coordination

Preferred
