  • Expert-level proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including system implementation and advanced reporting
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring technical, non-technical, and executive-level talent
  • Advanced Boolean search capabilities across LinkedIn and specialized recruitment platforms
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI-enabled tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach automation

Preferred

  • Existing network within the Java developer and Web3 engineering communities
  • Experience managing employer branding and developer relations strategies
  • Background in managing external agency partnerships and vendor performance
