- Oversee external agency relationships and ensure quality of hire
- Present weekly pipeline progress and data insights to the SVP of HR
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- At least 2 years of experience at the Director level within a high-growth software or Web3/DLT environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including system implementation and advanced reporting
- Proven track record of successfully hiring technical, non-technical, and executive-level talent
- Advanced Boolean search capabilities across LinkedIn and specialized recruitment platforms
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-enabled tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach automation
Preferred
- Existing network within the Java developer and Web3 engineering communities
- Experience managing employer branding and developer relations strategies
- Background in managing external agency partnerships and vendor performance
