- Ability to translate mission needs into epics, features, and detailed user stories
- Experience defining clear acceptance criteria in an Agile framework
- Proficiency in conducting gap analysis and current-vs-future state workflow modeling
Preferred
- Experience with advanced data visualization and dashboard creation
- Strong background in standard operating procedure (SOP) development
- Prior experience in a lead or mentorship capacity within an Agile team
