Key Responsibilities
- Optimize warehouse systems and procedures to maximize efficiency and safety
- Manage daily inventory counts and rectify variances immediately
- Oversee the maintenance and repair schedule for the delivery fleet
- Lead, train, and discipline warehouse staff to maintain high performance
- Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety and AIB audit standards
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years in Warehouse Management or a related leadership role
- Valid United States Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 25 lbs of product or displays
- Fluency in English
Preferred
- Multilingual capabilities
- Prior experience with AIB standards or Food Safety Programs
- Experience in the beverage or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
