- Directly manage the company P&L and operational budget
- Oversee the 'AI Content Factory' for automated test and video generation
- Lead technical deployments of AI agents and features into core products
- Recruit and manage specialized talent including developers and media buyers
- Optimize sales funnels and marketing infrastructure for AI-driven search landscapes
Essential
- Proven track record as a 'Doer' with a high-energy, committed work ethic
- Deep expertise in direct-response sales funnels and performance marketing
- Advanced understanding of Google/Meta media buying and GA4 logic
- Ability to manage complex WordPress and LMS technical environments
- Experience holding teams and leadership accountable to strict deadlines
- Native-level fluency in AI workflows and prompt engineering
Preferred
- Background in digital marketing agency leadership
- Previous experience as a Growth Lead for B2C info-products
