Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and project scopes
- Represent Revenue Operations in cross-functional initiative meetings to prioritize operational interests
- Author and maintain comprehensive user documentation and process maps

- Serve as the primary non-technical resource for GTM system troubleshooting and triage
- Audit and maintain sales product calculators for pricing accuracy
Essential
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Program Management
- Proven background within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle from inception to delivery
- Expertise in requirements gathering and translating vague business problems into actionable technical scopes
- Experience acting as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical execution teams
- Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage QA documentation
Preferred
- Experience working directly with SDR, Sales, and Tech Ops teams
- Familiarity with managing internal documentation and process mapping for GTM tools
- Background in auditing sales product calculators and pricing logic
