Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and project scopes

Essential

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Program Management
  • Proven background within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle from inception to delivery
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and translating vague business problems into actionable technical scopes
  • Experience acting as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical execution teams
  • Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage QA documentation

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with SDR, Sales, and Tech Ops teams
  • Familiarity with managing internal documentation and process mapping for GTM tools
  • Background in auditing sales product calculators and pricing logic
