Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT to assess the financial impact of long-term technology investments
• Direct the end-to-end annual budgeting process for capital and operating spend
• Execute month-end analysis and provide detailed variance reporting
• Develop actionable insights and cost-saving strategies for executive leadership
• Maintain rigorous financial models to support long-term corporate planning
• Ensure all financial activities align with internal controls and industry standards

Essential

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven track record in financial forecasting and operational controlling
• Ability to work independently as a hands-on individual contributor
• Experience leading annual budgeting and capital expenditure processes

Preferred

• Experience partnering with IT departments on investment analysis
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling for multi-year planning
• Strong background in internal controls and accounting standards compliance
