Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage executive calendars and coordinate high-level donor engagements
  • Draft and prepare donor briefing materials and follow-up correspondence
  • Facilitate team retreats and internal departmental workflows
  • Manage departmental budgets and track financial data
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for campus partners and distinguished alumni

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex travel logistics and multi-faceted calendars
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and data handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail)

Preferred

  • Experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or higher education
