- Establish a national standard for civic competency trusted by employers and educators
- Collaborate with a network of 140+ colleges and universities to measure program success
- Pilot and refine new assessment models that move beyond self-reported data
- Represent the organization at major national convenings and with key funders
- Translate program insights into actionable frameworks for the education and workforce sectors
Essential
- Proven experience in executive leadership and organizational strategy
- Expertise in impact evaluation and measurement methodology
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mobilize staff across departments
- Experience building consensus among diverse external stakeholders
- Strong methodological judgment in social science or educational assessment
- Capability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for funders and partners
Preferred
