Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage specific training programs including onboarding and professional development
- Conduct skills gap assessments to identify organizational needs
- Facilitate training using a mix of live, virtual, and e-learning techniques
- Produce engaging training materials in written, verbal, and video formats
- Partner with product teams to translate new services into digestible training modules
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or organizational development
- Strong focus on Leadership Development programs
- Proven track record in designing and evaluating training for managers and directors
- Ability to facilitate training sessions for up to 8 hours a day
- Willingness to work on-site in Post Falls for the first 90 days
- Ability to maintain a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office) after the initial period
Preferred
- Experience with succession planning strategies
- Background in creating career-pathing tools
- Experience with e-learning and video content production
