Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership for all nursing, midwifery, and allied health professionals across both Trusts
• Oversee the implementation of a joint clinical strategy focused on patient-centered care
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate clinical services
• Foster a supportive and valued workforce culture to improve staff retention and performance
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial and clinical sustainability

Essential

• Proven track record of exceptional clinical leadership at a senior level
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse workforce of nurses, midwives, and AHPs
• Experience in managing professional standards and clinical quality across complex organizations
• Commitment to a visible and accessible leadership style
• Strategic mindset capable of operating within a Group executive model

Preferred

• Experience working within an NHS Trust partnership or integrated care system
• Background in driving organizational change and service innovation
• Experience in managing cross-site corporate and clinical services
