Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary medical advisor to the CEO and Executive Board
- Oversee clinical quality, safety protocols, and provider culture

Essential
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pediatrics
- Extensive experience in clinical leadership and medical oversight
- Proven ability to lead clinical quality and patient safety initiatives
- Experience in executive-level decision making and strategic planning
- Deep understanding of value-based care and population health
- Ability to serve as a Compliance and Infection Control Officer
Preferred
- Active involvement in regional or national professional medical associations

- Background in developing and implementing clinical care pathways
