Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and organization-wide adoption of legal software and tools.
  • Design and measure KPIs for legal workflows to improve departmental visibility and effectiveness.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including direct negotiations with customers and vendors.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales to align legal risk posture with company growth objectives.
  • Automate repetitive administrative tasks to focus on high-value strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure operational continuity.

Essential

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in legal operations or contract management
  • Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or technology sectors
  • Extensive experience managing legal technology stacks (CLM, e-signature, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end projects in ambiguous environments
  • Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements
  • Experience building operational structures from the ground up

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Paralegal certification
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
