Key Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations and clinical workflows for Endoscopy and Pain Center units
  • Manage human resources including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee unit budgets, salary management, and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Lead quality control programs and patient experience initiatives

Essential

  • 3–5 years of recent nursing experience within Procedural Services
  • 3–5 years of recent leadership experience such as Charge Nurse or Clinical Leader
  • Prior management experience in a comparable clinical setting
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Ability to maintain 24/7 responsibility for unit operations

Preferred

  • Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance systems
  • Proven track record in regulatory and accreditation preparedness
  • Experience in strategic planning for new clinical services
