Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative processing of over 400 annual grants
- Administer and optimize the Blackbaud GMS and grantee portal
- Lead due diligence efforts including budget reviews and compliance checks
- Serve as the primary liaison for grant applicants and internal leadership
Essential
- Management of the full grant lifecycle from intake to close-out
- Expertise in Blackbaud Grants Management System (GMS) or similar platforms
- Experience with non-profit compliance and IRS regulations
- Ability to conduct rigorous grantee due diligence and financial analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting for board-level presentations
Preferred
- Experience in high-volume grantmaking environments
- Advanced technical skills in GMS administration and user permission management
- Background in designing online application workflows and grantee portals
