  • Execute and refine advanced image processing algorithms for brain research
  • Manage and scale data pipelines for multi-modal imaging studies
  • Perform detailed quality assurance on imaging and quantitative results
  • Collaborate with investigators and clinicians to disseminate research findings

Essential

  • Testing and validation of advanced image processing algorithms
  • Development and extension of data processing pipelines
  • Application of pipelines to multi-modal MRI and PET brain imaging datasets
  • Collection and organization of quantitative and imaging results
  • Rigorous quality control of data outputs
  • Effective communication of findings to clinical collaborators

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience training deep learning models
