- Execute and refine advanced image processing algorithms for brain research
- Manage and scale data pipelines for multi-modal imaging studies
- Perform detailed quality assurance on imaging and quantitative results
- Collaborate with investigators and clinicians to disseminate research findings

- Testing and validation of advanced image processing algorithms
- Development and extension of data processing pipelines
- Application of pipelines to multi-modal MRI and PET brain imaging datasets
- Collection and organization of quantitative and imaging results
- Rigorous quality control of data outputs
- Effective communication of findings to clinical collaborators
Preferred
- Demonstrated experience training deep learning models
- Experience deploying deep learning for image or data analysis projects
- Familiarity with neuroimaging processing techniques
