Key Responsibilities
- Draft and submit high-quality grant proposals for restricted and unrestricted funding
- Manage the full lifecycle of grant stewardship and compliance reporting
- Identify and cultivate new institutional prospects to expand the donor base

- Maintain accurate records and donor data within the CRM system
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional fundraising
- Proven track record with government grantmaking processes

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working within a team-oriented environment
- National Criminal Background clearance
