- Leading and planning workstreams for small consulting teams
- Translating complex client needs into actionable technical specifications
- Managing the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Building consensus among stakeholders to drive project adoption
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years in management consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Proven track record in large-scale, complex consulting engagements
- Experience interfacing with and managing senior-level client executives
- Expertise in business process analysis and documentation
- Experience in requirement gathering, validation, and technical specification creation
- Background in performing data analysis to drive decision making
- Ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
- Experience within a 'Big 4' consulting environment
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Professional certifications related to project management or business analysis
- Specific experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)
