• Execute facility-wide business plans to meet production and service goals
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenses against financial targets
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of associates and management staff
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory logistics standards
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and supplier issues through analytical problem-solving

Essential

• Proven experience in high-volume logistics or distribution center management
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale financial budgets and P&L responsibilities
• Experience in workforce planning, staffing, and performance management
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lead and develop subordinate leaders and large associate teams

Preferred

• Experience within a Sam’s Club or Walmart logistics environment
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
• Background in community relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives
