Key Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for a specific product line
- Directly manage and coach a team of 3-5 Product Managers
- Align product initiatives with broader company objectives and revenue goals
- Partner with Marketing to lead positioning and launch strategies
- Represent the product line to executive leadership and enterprise customers
Essential
- Proven track record in product management leadership
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers
- Ability to define and execute multi-year product strategies
- Strong background in setting and tracking OKRs and success metrics
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Finance
- Ability to translate market trends into competitive product differentiation
Preferred
- Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry
