Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and animate a portfolio of 300-350 active business accounts
  • Design and execute scalable onboarding and re-onboarding journeys
  • Analyze product usage data to identify growth opportunities and churn threats
  • Develop educational resources, including guides and collective webinar sessions
  • Collaborate with the Product team to resolve usage frictions based on client feedback

Essential

  • Ability to manage a large-scale portfolio of 300 to 350 active accounts
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption and customer retention
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on expansion and NRR goals
  • Experience in creating and leading customer education programs and webinars
  • Proficiency in centralizing client interactions within HubSpot
  • Ability to interpret data-driven usage signals to identify risks and opportunities

Preferred

  • Experience in a 'builder' or startup environment where processes are still being defined
  • Background in SaaS or telecommunications sectors
  • Experience managing 'Self/Manage' tier client segments
