Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and animate a portfolio of 300-350 active business accounts
- Design and execute scalable onboarding and re-onboarding journeys
- Analyze product usage data to identify growth opportunities and churn threats
- Develop educational resources, including guides and collective webinar sessions
- Collaborate with the Product team to resolve usage frictions based on client feedback
Essential
- Ability to manage a large-scale portfolio of 300 to 350 active accounts
- Proven track record in driving product adoption and customer retention
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on expansion and NRR goals
- Experience in creating and leading customer education programs and webinars
- Proficiency in centralizing client interactions within HubSpot
- Ability to interpret data-driven usage signals to identify risks and opportunities
Preferred
- Experience in a 'builder' or startup environment where processes are still being defined
- Background in SaaS or telecommunications sectors
- Experience managing 'Self/Manage' tier client segments
