Key Responsibilities
- Scale the finance team from 2 to 4+ members and lead their professional development
- Own the global financial strategy across all business units including Online and Gift Cards
- Act as the primary financial advisor to the leadership team on market expansion and investment
- Manage all external financial communications with investors and banking partners
- Refine and improve sophisticated elasticity-based and bottom-up modeling approaches
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a high-growth tech environment
- Expertise in managing multi-country P&Ls and international financial operations
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (FP&A)
- Experience in building and scaling high-performing finance teams
- Ability to manage investor relations and communicate with shareholders and bankers
- Deep understanding of unit economics, cohort-based revenue models, and CAC projections
Preferred
- Experience navigating the US market expansion from a European headquarters
- Previous experience in a B Corp or mission-driven organization
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting
