Essential
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment
- Proven track record of hiring technical roles including SDK developers, engineers, and product managers
- Expertise in proactive sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and niche communities
- Experience managing candidate pipelines within modern ATS platforms
- Ability to run structured, fair, and consistent interview processes
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive hiring decisions and strategy
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever ATS
