- Institutionalize RevOps discipline across all global regions
- Scale the global revenue organization through strategic hiring and enablement
Essential
- Proven track record of scaling revenue organizations from $200M toward $400M+ ARR
- Experience leading global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Expertise in managing multi-functional organizations including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
