- Develop and refine cost-effectiveness models to compare different charity programs
- Synthesize complex evidence from economics and psychology into actionable research outputs

- Collaborate with senior researchers to support the organization's broader research agenda
Essential
- Ability to conduct rigorous literature reviews and evidence syntheses
- Comfort making and defending judgment calls under empirical uncertainty
- Proactive communication style and high degree of self-direction
- Willingness to work on the HLI research agenda rather than independent projects initially
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude
Preferred
- Interest in Effective Altruism or wellbeing science
- Experience with meta-analysis or cost-effectiveness modeling
