  • Collaborate with senior researchers to support the organization's broader research agenda

Essential

  • Ability to conduct rigorous literature reviews and evidence syntheses
  • Comfort making and defending judgment calls under empirical uncertainty
  • Proactive communication style and high degree of self-direction
  • Willingness to work on the HLI research agenda rather than independent projects initially
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude

Preferred
