- Design and manage global reward programs that align with Hydro’s People Strategy
- Develop training toolkits for leaders to better explain reward and performance links

- Measure the impact of reward initiatives through employee listening and data analytics
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in compensation, benefits, or reward analytics
- Proven track record of designing and launching global reward programs
- Experience working within a complex, international matrix organization
- Strong background in communication strategy and driving employee engagement
- Fluency in English at a professional level
- Ability to translate technical reward concepts into simple, accessible messaging
Preferred
- Experience with learning platforms and instructional design for training
