Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in compensation, benefits, or reward analytics
  • Proven track record of designing and launching global reward programs
  • Experience working within a complex, international matrix organization
  • Strong background in communication strategy and driving employee engagement
  • Fluency in English at a professional level
  • Ability to translate technical reward concepts into simple, accessible messaging
